Git Access

SeqCMD leverages git to manage version-controlled workflow deployment. If the workflows SeqCMD orchestrates are stored in a private Git repository then SeqCMD needs read authorization to these repositories.

SeqCMD Git Authorization

Authorization to access git is granted to SeqCMD by a private SSH key. Follow the instructions from GitHub to generate and add access for a SSH key to the necessary private repositories.
