Sequencing Instruments

SeqCMD can ingest data from multiple sequencing instruments. Each sequencing instrument is given a name so that it can be easily identified and a location where raw sequencing data will be uploaded and archived. For example, if an instrument is configured to upload data to s3 with bucket "seqcmd" and object-prefix "nextseq500" sequencing run archives will be uploaded to "s3://seqcmd/nextseq500/[run-identifier].tar.gz".
